What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, Apple Pay, and Google Pay, ensuring convenient and secure online transactions.

How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collections, select your items, choose the size and quantity, and click "Add to Cart." When you’re ready, proceed to checkout, enter your shipping and payment information, and confirm your order.

Can I make changes to my order?
Once you place an order, we begin processing it to ensure fast delivery. Because of this, we can only accept changes or cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order. If you need to request a change or cancellation, please contact us at support@lynella.com within this 24-hour window. We will do our best to assist you before your order is shipped.

Shipping and Delivery

Do you ship outside the United Kingdom?
No, we only ship within the United Kingdom.

What are the delivery times?

  • Order Cutoff Time: 4:00 PM (GMT).
  • Handling Time: 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday).
  • Delivery Time: 5 to 7 business days (Monday to Friday).
  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 6 to 9 business days from the date of order.

How much does shipping cost?
All orders within the United Kingdom are eligible for free shipping, with no minimum purchase required.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Use this number to monitor your delivery status.

Returns and Refunds

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the day you receive your order. Returned items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging.

Are there any costs associated with returns?
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Unfortunately, we don’t provide prepaid return labels at this time.

How do I initiate a return?
To start a return, email us at support@lynella.com with your order number and reason for the return. We’ll provide return instructions and a return authorization.

How long does it take to receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 24 hours. The amount will be credited to your original payment method.

Do you accept exchanges?
Yes, we do accept exchanges. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange your item within 30 days of receiving it, as long as it's unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
